While I have had this domain for about a year, I have finally launched the website.

The Manitoulin Excellence Core Team and Working Group members are volunteers, from Manitoulin or concerned about Manitoulin.

We wouldn't have it any other way!

We work together for the good of all.  Because we have the most to gain from our focused action, we are highly committed to our cause.

We want to understand, honour, and respect Manitoulin's proud heritage and history, then take Manitoulin forward to its exciting future.  Like all Islanders who came before, Manitoulin will find its own way, rather than being a slave following Southern Ontario or others.

We want to take Manitoulin better by working together to take ME to new heights in its relatively short life. ME has some wonderfully talented people taking concepts to the forefront of community standards. ME is a major leap forward and represents the most exciting part of Manitoulin in the history of the project.
